Clients may be asked to move appointment date/time to accommodate for travelling distance.

Booking Policy

• NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
• New clients are REQUIRED to submit a photo of themselves along with a valid piece of Government issued photo ID with a visible address (ie. Drivers License, Age of Majority Card, Passport)
• Health history forms must be completed prior to appointment
  

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation of an existing appointment, you are allowed up to 48 hours to do so without penalty. A fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card if you cancel within less than 48 hours notice.

Rules for Body Contouring, Post Op and Permanent Makeup Appointments

• NO GUESTS, NO CHILDREN, NO PETS
• Only ONE person will be permitted to enter space at a time
